WLT Distributors Inc. (“WLT”, “we”, “us”) supplies feed ingredients to customers across Canada, the United States and the rest of North America. This policy explains what personal information we collect through wltdistributors.com and in the course of doing business with you, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here isn’t clear, just get in touch.
Information you give us. When you fill out the contact form on our website, we ask for your name, phone number, location, province or state, email address and your message. If you call, email or order from us, we’ll also keep the details you share, such as your company name, shipping and billing addresses, and order history.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web server and security services record basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the date and time of your visit. We use this to keep the site running, secure and free of spam and abuse.
We don’t knowingly collect information from children, and our website isn’t directed to anyone under 16.
We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising purposes.
Our website uses a small number of cookies that are needed for it to work properly and securely. We don’t currently use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Some pages load content from third parties. For example, our contact page shows an embedded Google Map, and our site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser loads that content, those providers may receive your IP address and set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site (like the map) may not work as intended.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, for example tax and accounting records. After that, we securely delete or anonymize it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the authorities of any breach where the law requires.

We don’t sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Mexico. Mexican residents may exercise their ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition) by contacting us using the details below.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we’ll make that clear on our website.
